Job Title: Hotel Market Manager

H+ Hotel Plus is looking for a Hotel Market Manager to help boost hotel revenue. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere. We need someone who understands hotel systems, speaks both Thai and English, and has experience in hotel e-commerce and reservations.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in years hotel e-commerce/reservation from hospitality industry

  • Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of market trends and cost structures.

  • Very well experienced in hotel PMS, reservation system & OTAs extranet

  • Able to communicate fluent in Thai and English 

 

Key tasks

  • Expertise in Hotel Systems: Demonstrate proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and Online Travel Agency (OTA) extranets.

  • Onboarding Hotels: Proficient in registering and onboarding hotels on various OTA platforms to expand the hotel's online presence.

  • Direct Booking Optimization: Control and optimize chat strategy for admin chat teams to maximize direct booking revenue.

  • Hotel Promotion Management: Ability to create and optimize promotions on social media platforms, ensuring visibility and attractiveness to potential guests.

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the revenue management team and marketing communication team to align strategies and drive overall hotel revenue.

  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize rate, inventory, and service quality to enhance product competitiveness

  • Conduct relevant and insightful analysis, including performance analysis, market trends and competitor analysis, and implement effective action plans based on the analysis

  • Other assigned tasks and projects etc.
