Senior AI Workflow & Automation Engineer | Work from Anywhere

JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will build AI-powered workflows, integrate APIs, develop internal automation tools, and optimize data pipelines to improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring system reliability, documentation, and long-term business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered workflows using LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms such as n8n and Make.

• Build scalable automation solutions and internal tools to improve operational efficiency across the organization.

• Design system architecture, data flows, and technical solutions before development.

• Integrate third-party services including Google Workspace, LINE, Meta, and other business platforms.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and dashboards to support business decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with the Operation Growth Manager (OGM) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in workshops, analyze existing processes, and recommend automation opportunities.

• Work with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Accounting to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Perform testing, deployment, system optimization, and post-implementation support.

• Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, user guides, and provide knowledge transfer to end users.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in software development, automation, or AI workflow engineering.

• Strong experience with Node.js, Python, PHP (Laravel), Java (Spring Boot), or similar backend technologies.

• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, and third-party system integrations.

• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

• Familiarity with AI technologies, including OpenAI API, Claude API, or other LLM platforms.

• Experience in data processing, ETL, and workflow optimization.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system design skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
