Offline Sales Manager (Hotel Group)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the offline channels
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies (inbound), government, and FIT
Conduct market research and analyze data to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and travel agencies (inbound)
Coordinate with revenue team and hotel partner to ensure that client needs are met and activities run smoothly
Focused on offline channels, set targets, and monitor performance
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and customer feedback
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth in the hotel industry, specifically in the offline channels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales tracking software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to travel as needed
