  • Experienced in hotel PMS, reservation system & OTAs extranet

  • Problem-solving attitude

  • Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to communicate fluent in Thai and English 

Key tasks

  • Work together with Revenue Manager to maximize hotels' room night production and revenue on Online Travel Agents (OTAs).

  • Creating pricing strategies for hotel partners.

  • Monitoring rate plans & pricing for hotel partners.

  • Coordinate with Revenue Manager to review competitor hotels on a daily basis and identified selling strategies, opportunities and market trends.

  • Coordinate with Revenue Manager help improve hotel performance and gain insights into market trends and the competitive landscape.

  • Manage bookings & reservations.

  • Educate and train hotel partners on the self-service features of the Property

  • Registration new listing hotel partners to OTAs

  • Generate a monthly reservation report for hotel partners.

Experienced in hotels registration on OTAs is an advantage
