Job Title: Assistant to CEO - Hospitality Management Company (Remote-work from anywhere position)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant to the CEO for our hospitality management company. This is a remote position and the ideal candidate must be proficient in Chat GPT, Midjourney, CoPilot, Notion, Canva, Trello, and Gsuite. In addition, the candidate must have experience in ads placement, specifically in Meta, Google ads, and Tiktok. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as time management skills, are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in team together with Revenue Team and Business Development team to maximize company's partners portfolio by achieving yearly expansion target.

  • Process and record transactions and ensure that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.

  • Update and maintain documents, improve information database formation changes, and word processing.

  • Obtain information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete.

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Generate quotation, billing, contract, service agreement documents for hotel partners.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of all information.

  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in ads placement and virtual assistance.

  • Proficiency in Chat GPT, Midjourney, CoPilot, Notion, Canva, Trello, and Gsuite.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Experience in the hotel-tourism industry is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
